BML Software Benefits
Easy to use standardized templates are used for developing a comprehensive medical history, daily follow-up notes and\or a complete physical examination.
Printing in prose outline format is easy. The prose outline can be printed directly by simply clicking a single button or by sending the information to a standard word processor (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Write, Microsoft Works, etc.) You simply click the component you want to print on the View and Print options page. The selection appears on the screen ready to edit, customize and/or print. Your printed document can be placed in the patient's hospital or clinic chart or scanned into another electronic medical record (EMR).
Required typing is limited. Check lists are extensive and allow you to identify items as not asked or referenced in the history of present illness (HPI).
You will save minutes to hours preparing a complete H&P.
There are templates for your differential diagnosis, patient discussion and references.
You are prompted to include all pertinent information that may be needed for optimum patient safety or to develop an all important individualized treatment plan.
High quality individualized medical care begins with a complete and accurate personal medical history!
