Printing in prose outline format is easy with a standard word processor (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Write, Microsoft Works, etc.) or by clicking a single Print button. You can click the history component you want to print from the View and Print Options page. The text will appear on the screen ready for to edit , customize and print. Your printed document can be placed in the patient's hospital or clinic chart or scanned into an electronic medical record.
